SurgiNet Business Case
I was involved in a Business Case for the approval and purchase of SurgiNet, a Surgical Digital Medical Record for Nepean Hospital. In this project I had to develop a Case for Change, business options, cost analysis, scope, evaluation and risk management. In addition, to develop a Project Implementation Plan using the Accelerating Implementation Methodology. Given that this project is under construction and the handling of sensitive information, I cannot place a sample of it.

Brake-Even Analysis
This was an assignment for the Health Service Financing Unit in which I did a beak-even analysis and a contingency budget with 10% less for Diabetes Education Services at the Hospital de Blue Mountains. This project approached me to build budgets. Moreover, determine the necessary resources for a health product, such as employees, location, and other expenses. In addition to justifying each resource and offering fair payment for each employee according to their profession and qualification. This project in which I obtained a degree of High Distinction, taught me how to handle the FTE, how to calculate the payments and the documents that govern those costs. What I learned in this job I will use for the rest of my career surely.

Strategic Implementation Plan
Mobile Clinics for diabetic patients in the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Population of NBMLHD. This assignment was made for the Planning and Evaluation Unit. This was a group work in which we had to manage the use of Meeting Minutes and Agenda. This group activity taught me how to work as a team, how to resolve conflicts in the work area to achieve a peaceful work environment that would allow the fulfillment of obligations in an equitable manner. In addition, I learned how to handle meetings professionally, leaving a record of what was achieved and what to do next. These skills of teamwork, leadership, problem solving, conflict management will surely serve me for future jobs.

Research Proposal
This is a proposal for a project entitled “Randomized control trial comparing the effect of support groups versus individualized consultation in short-term outcomes after bariatric surgery in Venezuela” made for Research Protocol Design and Practice Unit. This Project allowed me to know the standard requirements for the realization of a research proposal. It was a detailed work, in which I learned to use the benefits of Turnitin to correct grammar mistakes. In addition, the tutor offered us a series of tools to refine the construction of references. As a result, my proposal obtained a score of 92/100 with 100% in presentation and reference. Thanks to this assignment I improved my knowledge of Word, EndNote and Turnitin which will be very useful in the future of my career.
Conferences
I organized the block of gynecological oncological surgery of the 2013 Scientific Workshops of the Anticancer Society of Venezuela as speaker “Minimum Invasion Surgery for Gynaecological Cancer”. Caracas Venezuela June 28 and 29, 2013. I was in charge of creating the program, contacting the international speakers and presenting two conferences.
